If you are looking for some junk journal inspiration, then we got you! We have 23 stunning junk journal spreads to help you in your creative journaling and you will not be disappointed.
Junk journaling has become a trend of sort lately and rightly so, because it is so freeing and fun, an art form that really has no limitations. The journaling is from ‘junk’ that you would collect in your day or whatever you have at hand and create something beautiful out of it into your journal.

Art can be in many different forms and junk journaling really shows us that art can be whatever we want it to be. ‘Junk’ can be literally whatever we find in our daily tasks, such as wrappers and tickets, tissue paper, whatever can be stuck into our journaling.
Not only ‘junk’ goes into our junk journaling, but if we have scrap pieces of art we don’t need anymore, that can be ripped up and used as backgrounds. Adding pictures can be a good way to document our day, and adding writing (or not!).
These junk journal ideas will leave you brimming with your own ideas for your spreads. It’s a great way to unwind the day and let your thoughts out with these different techniques.

A very well thought out junk journal color scheme with many shades of hot pink. There also seems to be a theme of cherries on this page. Choosing a theme can be a good idea if you are blank for ideas as it gives a starting point on the blank page.
