Sketchbook – Moleskin sketchbooks are always a good choice. This is what all the ‘artists’ use and is great because the paper isn’t too thin, it can handle ink and sketches.
Pens – These fineliners will give you a good line to draw with and also different line thicknesses.
Pencils – You may want to start off with a sketch instead of going in with a pen, these pencils are good because they give different density.
